You will be part of the Loyalty Engagement and Delivery squad, within the Partnerships & Loyalty Experience (PLE) crew. The crew supports CommBank Yello, by building brilliant marketplace and partner ecosystems that drive value for all participants, whilst the squad’s purpose is to drive success stories for customers and partners through exceptional, exclusive and personalized offers and experiences.
Your Role
Within the Loyalty, Engagement and Delivery squad, you will leverage Group data assets and to deliver high value partner offers to our customers through CommBank Yello, enabling higher activation rates, engagement across our digital channels, and net promoter advocacy across the Group.
As a Snr Insights Analyst, you will Collaborate with stakeholders to define and fine tune business objectives and requirements, create project plans/solutions including formulations technical specifications, and delivering data-driven insights to strategic customer-centered and technology projects associated with Yello Partner Offers.
In this role, you may expect to:
- Support more junior analysts as required
- Pro-actively engage with stakeholders in requirements gathering and delivering data, insights and strategic input.
- Extract, manipulate, analyze and visualize using analytical methods & tools (any combination of SQL, SAS, R, Python, Tableau, H2O) to derive and communicate actionable insights.
- Drive experimentation to further uplift accuracy of insights and performance
- Collaborate with the data enablement teams to build new and refine existing data points.
- Independently dive into data related challenges and problems.
- Produce high quality and visually impactful insights and performance reporting on a variety of business needs including holistic 1:1 customer contact experience, marketing channel performance, Campaign Post Implementation reviews and portfolio insights.
- Author and update documentation for internal and external stakeholders to standardise processes and mitigate operational risk.
Your skills & experience
- Effective communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Well-developed report writing with demonstrable ability to deliver quality strategic recommendations and positively influence at all levels.
- Prior experience with creating and executing customer journeys, marketing campaigns, or customer decisioning preferred.
- Relevant experience in using data and analytics to drive business results.
- Commercial experience with data exploration & analysis tools (primarily SQL)
- Ability to navigate through complex systems and large data sets.
