JOB DESCRIPTION

- Support senior investment team members in originating investment opportunities, including through research and follow ups
- Monitor the market and review potential investments that KIT is seeking to undertake in Australia.
- Critically appraises investment opportunities and their value drivers and risks
- Participate in the investment process end to end with key responsibilities for undertaking valuation and financial modelling, supporting in due diligence and transaction documentation, preparing investment approval memorandums, and assisting in completion matters
- Assist to manage portfolio companies, especially in relation to strategy, business plan and value creation initiatives to achieve the investment case
- Collaboration with other business units within the Keppel Group
- At least 2 years of relevant experience from a top-tier infrastructure or private equity fund manager
- Financial modeling experience is required
- Attention to detail, analytical and strong quantitative skills
- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word
- Strong communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English
- Self-motivated with good interpersonal skills, strong willingness to learn and be able to work well as part of a cross border team
