AddressWe have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Analyst to join our Sydney Overheads Finance team. This is an initial 6-month contract with potential for extension.
The Opportunity
This is a Business Partnering role that will see you working closely with C suite management, providing accurate and timely reporting, forecasting, and actionable insights to drive achievement of business targets.
Responsibilities include and not limited to:
- Responsible for end-to-end accounting, reporting, analysis, budgeting and forecasting of corporate costs (Opex and Capex)
- Analyse and interpret results to provide quality insight to senior stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key internal customers/stakeholders
- Driving improvement initiatives to simplify, streamline & document transactional tasks
- Contribute to team success by working collaboratively with own team members
- Embed a culture of strong control and risk compliance ensuring adherence to Accounting Policies and internal controls.
About You
- CA or CPA qualified.
- Experience in corporate / cost accounting, planning, and business partnering.
- Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and influence strong partnerships at all levels across the organization.
- A naturally curious & inquisitive individual with the desire to understand and effectively communicate the "WHY" behind the numbers.
- An autonomous self-starter who is solutions focused and demonstrates a high level of Commercial Awareness and personal accountability.
