Your New Role

As part of the ESG Stewardship team, the Senior Responsible Investment Analyst - Stewardship role entails contributing to our ESG engagement with investee companies and managers within our equity portfolio with an outcomes focus. This includes contributing to our Stewardship activities and being responsible for supporting the delivery of the Fund's Engagement strategy (including our climate engagement strategy), voting and policy & advocacy activities - both domestically and globally. The role works collaboratively with the Manager - Responsible Investment, Stewardship, and the rest of the RI Team and predominantly with the Equities team.

You will be part of a passionate team that is always focused on delivering strong and sustainable outcomes for our members.

How do you exceed our expectations?

• The idea of being part of our growth is exciting and you want to play a pivotal role in making super simple.
• Relevant post-graduate qualification which may include, but is not limited to: Investments; Finance/Commerce; Responsible Investment

• At least 5 years' experience in a relevant industry such as Responsible Investment, Corporate Governance/Stewardship, Equities research; investment management or banking and finance
• Experience and a demonstrated passion for ESG is essential. This could include:
  - ESG integration in the investment process across asset classes (primarily equities)
  - Company engagement; proxy voting
  - Policy & advocacy on ESG related issues
  - Research into key areas of ESG such as Climate risk, modern slavery, diversity and other ESG themes
  - ESG reporting
• You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
