As our Senior Analyst, Strategy and Performance you will support the Manager Strategy and Performance on strategy development, pricing discretion strategy, performance and business improvement opportunities. They will actively challenge the status quo and work closely with Business Development Managers to identify business improvement and retention opportunities.
As our Senior Analyst, Strategy and Performance you will actively monitor the Australian home lending market and broader economy to understand competitor behaviour and identify opportunities for the business. The role will also be responsible for performance reporting and importantly providing timely insights to the Third Party Banking Leadership team, turning these insights into actions where appropriate.
As our new Senior Analyst, Strategy and Performance you will bring the following skills:
- Demonstrated experienced in a role involved in hands-on data analysis and reporting
- Experience in identifying insights from data sets
- Knowledge of Bank home lending policies, procedures, products and services advantageous
- Experience in the home loan product market or the third party (Broker) industry advantageous
- Experience in relationship building and influencing skills.
- Experience in using Business Intelligence tools to analyse data and identify insights
- Experience interacting with people across all levels of the organisation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to provide a set of commercial recommendations and insights based on a set of analysis
- Advanced analytical skills and an ability to turn insights into actions
- Advanced Excel skills
