AddressIf you have an interest inTreasury Finance incorporating technical accounting and are looking to work on complex, bespoke engagements and transactions with a focus on IFRS 9 and hedge accounting, as well as providing ongoing Treasury Finance operations, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Provision of outsourced derivative accounting for a diverse client base
- Delivery of bespoke hedge accounting solutions for client transactions and business activities
- Continual client engagement, serving as their subject matter expert on various aspects of IFRS 9
- Treasury financial management and treasury reporting including securitisation finance
- Engagement with global counterparts on various projects
- Ad hoc project engagements for clients as required
- CA/CPA qualified or close to qualification
- Interest in technical accounting, and in particular IFRS 9
- Understanding of financial instruments is highly valued
- Proven background in treasury accounting or securitisation
- Strong communicator, and an ability to work with a diverse client base
- Diligent approach to researching solutions for unique scenarios
