Address The role:
You will maintain and manage effective working relationships and engage with third parties that provide technical support for the enterprise infrastructure.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for:
Lead, manage and mentor a team at strategic and operational levels in the integrated operation of complex enterprise information systems to achieve defined service levels.
All staff are responsible for identifying, managing, and reporting risks relating to their work.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Demonstrated ability to develop and promote ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / change / release management. (SFIA: USUP Level 4, PBMG Level 5, CHMG Level 5, RELM Level 5)
Demonstrated expert level skills and experience in managing clinical applications and its integration with business requirements and technical environment in a large and complex service delivery environment. In particular expert skills in one or more of the following ieMR streams: Technical Operations, End User Devices (Including but not limited to Printing, Kofax Capture, 724Access Downtime Viewer) (SFIA: TECH Levels 6)
Demonstrated ability to manage diverse activities and priorities across organisational boundaries to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer focused ICT environment. Experience in negotiating and managing service level agreements with emphasis on a strong customer focus. (SFIA: SLMO Level 5)
Well-developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills including the ability to negotiate, advise, influence others, and work collaboratively with people including senior business and technical stakeholders to make decisions. (NHS: Effective and strategic influencing)
Proven ability to lead, manage and mentor a team of technical specialists. (NHS: Leading change through people)
Well-developed ability to build and maintain appropriate relationships with team members, other technical specialists, Application Specialists, vendors, and end users (NHS: Collaborative Working)
Ability to lead complex technical projects, offer technical support and advice to consumers.
