Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting primarily to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for-
- Driving sales success together with customer excellence, technical support, and professional servicing of key accounts.
- Understanding customer needs and objectives, to be able to build long-lasting business partnerships, as their preferred suppliers.
- Executing a high level of activity, identifying, and targeting key accounts and customers as part of your overall business planning and execution duties.
Some Queensland and interstate travel will be required, according to business and customer needs.
As a leading Dental devices innovator and manufacturer, with best-in-class products in the Dental Restoration and Prosthetics; and Oral Surgery and Implantation market segments, W&H is seeking a highly professional Application Sales Specialist, who is enthusiastic and ready to join its Australian team in 2023.
Based in Brisbane and responsible for servicing and developing the client-base across Queensland, you will be expected to be highly self-motivated, be able to work autonomously and have exceptional attention to detail.

Essential Experience:
- 5+ years’ sales experience in Australia with a recognized Dental or Medical Device company.
- Proven track record of business planning, execution, and sales achievement.
- Demonstrate superior industry knowledge and development of key account relationship strategy and execution.
- Degree-qualified, such as in business administration, dental, medical, or healthcare related area.
- First-class presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
Nice to Have:
- An active and current professional network in the Queensland Dental Community
- Technical/working knowledge of CSSD operations and RIC
- A Cert. III in Sterilization Services
