They work closely with owners and committees to maintain and improve properties, ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, and create a positive living environment for everyone involved. The team are passionate about what they do, and they're looking for an Accounts Support person to join their operational support team.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily trust account receipting and reconciliations;
- Process weekly payments & associated reporting;
- Process weekly, end of month and other ad-hoc charges and disbursements;
- Prepare reports for BAS and tax returns for lodgment by external accounting partner;
- On-board and off-board clients within their accounting system;
- Prepare strata plan budgeting and reporting; and
- Complete additional compliance activities and other ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
- Able to reconcile BAS and analyses financials statements
- Hand on with AR and AP functions
- Excellent communication skills and mature minded
- Good team player
- Strata knowledge is good to have but not essential
- Degree qualified ideally
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Love to work with a fast pace and diverse role of tasks!
