This business is a medium sized, privately-owned and self-licensed Financial Planning and Accounting Practice in Parkville. They pride themselves on offering specialist, tailored advice to individuals, family groups and SMSF Trustees, with many existing client relationships spanning more than 15 years.
They have an opening for a Senior Associate Adviser to join their team and contribute to their success. This opportunity is only suitable for candidates ready to transition to an Adviser in the next 12-18 months.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Conduct joint client meetings with directors and consultants for both new and existing financial services clients
- Build client strategies for wealth creation, superannuation, and insurance
- Responsible for completing the fact finding, client goals and objectives, analyse and client prioritise recommendations to assist clients achieve their desired outcomes
- Document strategies via SOA or ROA requests provided to internal Paraplanners.
- Assist with the presentation of SOAs
- Take responsibility for pre-meeting preparation and then file notes and action items for CSO's following client meetings
- Conduct and document annual client portfolio reviews, make recommendations where necessary
- Attend the quarterly Investment Committee meetings
To be successful in the role, you must have experience working in a professional financial planning business in a similar style role.
