Position Overview:
We are in search of an accomplished Lawyer to undertake a pivotal role managing and providing cyber incident breach response services for existing insurance clients, both insurers and insured. Previous litigation expertise in advising on disputes or class actions arising from data breaches and disputes arising from cyber incidents will be highly regarded. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation in the insurance space, with a particular focus on cyber incidents response.
• Provide legal advice on risks arising from cyber incidents and privacy implications.
• Collaborate closely with clients throughout the incident response process, adopting a client-centric approach.
• Contribute to the preparation and delivery of workshops and publications on cyber insurance for clients.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in litigation, with a focus on cyber and/or privacy matters.
• Hold a current Australian practicing certificate.
• Possess strong critical reasoning and investigative skills, coupled with high-level drafting abilities.
• Ability to think laterally and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
