About the Role
The Institute Facilities Coordinator is responsible for performing duties associated with the management of facilities across Australia.
The Institute maintains a portfolio of leasehold and freehold assets across Australia with an office presence in each Capital City. The role of Facilities Coordinator is responsible for the operational management of the Institute facilities from maintenance program implementation to contributing to adhering to the Annual Capital Expenditure Budget and works program from a national lens.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise, organise and manage workload to meet deadlines
- Well-developed verbal communication skills reflecting demonstrated interpersonal, negotiation, presentation and relationship building skills
- Excellent technical understanding of the built environment with the ability to interpret complex data
- Commercially-minded and pragmatic approach to facilities management
