This Role:
Working directly alongside an esteemed Real Estate Partner who manages bespoke property matters of major owners and investors on corporate Real Estate, you will take a lead role advising clients on complex transactions and leasing, project developments, project structuring and asset management.

To be successful, you will ideally be a passionate and energetic Real Estate Lawyer upwards of 5 years post admission experience. In addition, you will possess:

This Role:
Working directly alongside an esteemed Real Estate Partner who manages bespoke property matters of major owners and investors on corporate Real Estate, you will take a lead role advising clients on complex transactions and leasing, project developments, project structuring and asset management.

- Joint ventures
- Site selection and economic incentives
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Real Estate Litigation
- Distressed Real Estate matters
- Commercial ownership
Skills and Experience
To be successful, you will ideally be a passionate and energetic Real Estate Lawyer upwards of 5 years post admission experience. In addition, you will possess:
- Similar practical experience in a respected Real Estate practice group
- A passion for exceptional client service with the ability to provide commercial astute legal advice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to support and work with a high-performing team
