SalarySeeking an experienced practice manager/Senior receptionist or dental assistant with some previous management experience in a dental practice or willingness to learn.
30-38 hours a week available.
Hourly rate and contract conditions negotiable for the right candidate.
We are a well-established and highly reputed practice in North Brisbane and have well established protocols and all modern technology. We are seeking a highly motivated and organised person to join our team.
key roles:
-Reception duties and provide exceptional customer service.
-Maintaining discipline and ensuring timely completion of tasks every day.
-Organisation of appointment books and ensuring the day runs smoothly and efficiently.
-Maintaining and ensuring optimal infection control measures /cleanliness of the practice.
-Recruitment of staff.
-Ability to help deliver local area marketing initiatives that will help drive new patient numbers and practice growth.
-Ability to help drive business growth and maximise profitability.
-Training staff
-Dental assisting when needed
Must haves:
-Extensive knowledge and experience in both clinical and reception areas.
-Up to date knowledge on recent cross infection protocols and motivation to keep up to date with these measures.
-Excellent interpersonal and people management skills.
-Be familiar with the use of PRODA.
-Sound knowledge of dental software (preferably exact)
Support and training will be provided to help your transition.
We offer majority of dental treatments including Implants,Orthodontics,Endodontics,wisdom tooth surgery, All on X, same day crowns etc.
