Key Responsibilities:
- Autonomy to manage own allocated client base
- Preparation of BAS, IAS, TPAR
- Processing of payroll including lodging STP, Super Guarantee, SGC Statements, Workcover declarations
- Xero ledger file management
- Xero setups & conversions
- Regular communication with a wide range of clients
- Regular bookkeeping tasks including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable management, document management etc.
- Advising clients on best practice of bookkeeping procedures
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum 4 years experience in public bookkeeping role required
- Relevant qualification in bookkeeping or accounting required
- Highly proficient in Xero and associated apps
- Possess strong interpersonal, organisation and communication skills
- Must be available to travel to & work onsite at our office
