In the same year, VAILO became a solutions provider of LED digital displays, expanding on the sports venue offering. As of today, VAILO has now delivered a significant number of LED lighting and digital display installs across Australia and has a target to commence exports to the USA in 2024.
About the Role
The role is offered as a part time (0.6) six-month contract, ideal working days Tuesday to Thursday. The position reports to the COO and work closely with an external Financial Advisor. The role will involve all aspects of accounts payable from preparing payment runs to account reconciliations and regular reporting.
Key responsibilities include;
• Liaising with Department Heads on PO’s and invoices
• Preparing payment runs and reconciling vendor and customer payments
• Providing fortnightly reconciliation reports
• Developing and creating guides in line with QMS documentation
• Providing advice and support on potential accounting modules to improve AP processes.
About you
You will have a practical mindset and strong attention to detail. Having the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation and proven experience in a similar position. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and thrives in an autonomous work environment. This role will ideally suit an individual with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Wiise or experience using an ERP platform.
