About the Role:
We are seeking an innovative and commercially focused Senior Brand Manager to join our marketing team at the Marsden Park head office. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your primary objective will be to develop and manage the marketing plans and activities for the Boxed Chocolate portfolio including our flagship brand LINDOR to deliver annual sales, profit and market share targets within the Australian Market.

Responsibilities
- Lead development, presentation, and execute consumer-relevant, annual marketing plans for Boxed Chocolates.
- Immersion in consumer and category insights to continually identify, develop, and execute business-building initiatives.
- Develop and execute marketing communication plans via advertising and consumer promotions, including media, social media, PR, and consumer activations.
- Lead routine analysis of the brand, key initiative, competition, category, customer, and consumer to identify growth opportunities.
- Responsible for leading the Boxed Portfolio inclusive of NPD development, SKU rationalization, mix strategies and profit optimization.
- Responsible for meeting the full portfolio P&L.
- Evaluate product portfolio and the marketplace and develop a 3year pipeline of new product launches and product improvements to support growth and brand equity in the marketplace.
- Lead and coach a team of 2 direct repots.
Who are we searching for:
- 5+ years in a Brand Manager role, owning and leading the strategic direction of a substantial portfolio within FMCG.
- Must demonstrate a successful track record of driving sales growth in a premium entrepreneurial environment.
- Have a passion for managing and leading high performing teams.
- Enjoying working in an agile environment and highly versed in building collaborative relationships.
- Strong communication skills - being clear, convincing, and constructive. Being able to present both internally and to external customers.
- Experience working with global brands and international marketing organisation.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business / Commerce with a major in Marketing.
- Proven experience in managing qualitative/quantitative research projects.
- Sales and or Category experience will be considered favourably.
- Good time management (multi-tasking skills, prioritizing)
