Senior Brand Manager - Out Of Home Potato (Anz)

Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Brand Manager to join our OOH (Out of Home) team! With direct responsibility for contributing to and executing the short to medium term direction of the OOH Potato portfolio, this role requires a proven and creative Senior Brand Marketer, with a strong commercial lens, who understands the marketing tools well and uses this knowledge to develop and execute the business plan, communication strategy and innovation plan, delivering brand growth to ensure delivery against financial targets.

About the role

• Take ownership of building the portfolio strategy
• Participate in the development of 5+ business strategy
• Lead the development of an innovations program
• Capture key consumer, customer and market insights
• Develop creative and innovative integrated marketing campaigns
• Evaluate the effectiveness of activation programs
• Develop and present customer presentations
• Review SKU margins/costs against KPIs

About you

• Degree qualified in Marketing or related field
• Min. 6 years marketing or product management experience
• Extensive NPD and project management experience is critical 
• FMCG Food experience is preferred
• Sound commercial and financial acumen 
• Strong ability to build rapport and make observations quickly
• Negotiation and influencing skills to inspire results
• Experience managing cross functional teams to deliver complex projects
