We are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead our Pentavite portfolio. They will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of global brand plans and campaigns for the Pentavite brand across the Australian market.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager this role will work cross functionally and partnering with key internal and external stakeholders, this role drives the implementation of the brand strategy in the ANZ domestic market including ATL media, digital/social media, trade marketing, healthcare professional marketing and new product development.
This role is suited to both a seasoned Senior Brand Manager or a high performing Brand Manager looking to further develop your marketing experience and take that next step.
This is an on-site role based at our Head Office in Clayton, with the ability to work 1 day from home.
Key outcomes of the role include:
- Leading the planning and execution of Pentavite’s annual brand plan
- Managing consumer research projects (including U&A studies, brand health and NPD concept testing) and generating insights to inform future strategic planning
- Ideating and delivering innovation pipeline, working closely with cross-functional teams within the stage & gate process
- Collaborating with the Sales team to drive brand commercial delivery across Pharmacy, Grocery channels
- Collaborating with the Scientific Marketing team to deliver on Pentavite’s healthcare professional marketing strategy
- Leading internal brand reporting and presentations while developing marketing collateral and trade marketing materials
- Planning and delivery of brand awareness campaigns and post campaign reporting
- Manage the development and approval of artwork, collaborating with our internal Graphic Design and gaining internal and external regulatory approvals prior to execution
- Monitor, report and provide recommendations based on key brand campaigns, category performance, market trends and competitor activity
- Owning and managing the Pentavite marketing budget
As the successful candidate, you will have;
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in a Marketing, Brand Marketing or in a similar role with strong product and project management experience.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer goods or healthcare industry highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen, managing brand budgets and P&Ls
- Experience in qualitative and quantitative market research
- Team player attributes and ability to work cross-functionally
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain positive relationships
