• Demonstrated ability to effectively engage stakeholders and build positive relationships with diverse teams.
• Experience of collaborating closely with stakeholders to extract, document, and prioritise business requirements across various projects, ensuring seamless alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
• Proven expertise in analysing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Proficiency in utilising various business analysis tools and techniques to drive effective decision-making.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
