About the role
The Senior Business Analyst will provide high level business support and advice to the SRM Operations Coordinator responsible for using data and business process analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver recommendations and solutions based on evidence-based decisions, as well as project management across UNE's Student Placement and CRM systems. The position will provide high level Business Analyst & systems support; liaise with staff from across the University to achieve business outcomes; and represent the University through negotiation with the software vendor on service support issues and participate in collaborative development projects with other universities. This position reports to the SRM Operations Coordinator and operates under their general to broad direction.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in systems and business analysis with a corporate system
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and balance & prioritise tasks
- High level analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to successfully lead projects
- Excellent communication and team building skills
- Ability to produce training and support system users.

Technology & Digital Services (TDS) provides high quality Information and Communications Technology services to underpin the mission and aspirations of the University. This is achieved by understanding our customers’ needs, by demonstrating ICT leadership, and by producing cost-effective and innovative outcomes.
The Directorate consists of a portfolio of discreet but interconnected teams, each headed up by an Associate Director focused on the following service areas: Cloud Infrastructure Services, Information Services, Client Services, and Cyber Security. This role is part of the Business Services team.
