We are recognised for our innovative approach to developing sustainable and high performing building products and systems for the residential and commercial segments across Australia and New Zealand.THE OPPORTUNITYCSR are currently searching for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team based in North Ryde.Along with finding and executing opportunities to increase business efficiencies, the Senior Business Analyst will oversee and examine business processes from start to finish to identify and resolve operational, financial, and systems risks. This Senior Business Analyst will act as a business partner with multiple stakeholders across CSR to influence the right outcome and solution.About the role: Develop understanding of needs and expectations of cross-functional business stakeholders.Lead the delivery of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.Collaborate closely with the technology teams to implement business initiatives.Identify opportunities to standardize business solutions and improve customer satisfaction.Complete and document process mapping and process improvement opportunities.Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and communicate business impacts.Serve as a liaison between the business teams and IT to gather the business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations.Provide detailed data analysis and reporting.Provide support to the business teams throughout system conversions, upgrades, and enhancements.Support the business transformation objectives and assist to establish and embed the new systems and processes.Develop and deliver appropriate training materials.About you: At least 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis with a focus and aptitude around technology / systems management.Experience in leading small to medium sized projects up to the value of $1Million.Attention to detail with previous project experience analysing & mapping business processes as well as handling day-to-day operational requests.Data analysis - proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Excel and SQL.Strong communication and the ability to influence and engage key business & technology stakeholders.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skillsWHAT'S ON OFFERAttractive Salary + Super + Benefits.Access to CSR's amazing employee benefits & discounts.Work with an established team that is friendly and supportive!Training and career progression provided.If this sounds like the next step in your career and you want to be part of an organisation that fosters a friendly work environment, whilst providing you with personal and career development - then apply now!At CSR, we are committed to creating a supportive and engaging environment that recognises and rewards its people, enabling them to grow their career and truly thrive.
