The Role
In the role of Senior Business Analyst at Insignia Financials, you will have the opportunity to contribute to business projects with a specific focus on People and Culture. Your main responsibilities will involve gathering requirements, comprehending the needs of stakeholders, and identifying the overarching objectives and limitations of each project. Your role will be pivotal in establishing a comprehensive understanding of what needs to be accomplished and assisting in setting the project's direction.
Key Responsibilities:
You will actively engage with various stakeholders to elicit and document their requirements. Through effective communication and active listening, you will gather valuable insights into their needs, concerns, and expectations regarding the People and Culture initiatives. This will involve conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the project's scope. Additionally, you will work closely with the project team, including project managers, subject matter experts, etc, to translate stakeholder requirements into actionable project deliverables. Furthermore, your role will encompass data analysis and interpretation to inform decision-making. You will utilise various analytical techniques to assess the effectiveness of People and Culture initiatives, identify trends, and provide insights for continuous improvement. This analysis will help drive evidence-based recommendations and facilitate informed decision-making at both strategic and operational levels.

You must possess the ability to gather requirements and convey complex information to diverse audiences in a clear and concise manner. Your communication skills will enable you to collaborate effectively and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
