Working both independently and as part of a small team, you'll competently and skilfully undertake all cellar operations and assist with winery maintenance under the direction of the winemaking team and with minimal supervision.
You'll possess a strong work ethic and be willing to work flexible hours as required, particularly during vintage. The small and dynamic nature of our team also necessitates assisting with general site maintenance, vineyards, and warehousing when required.
The ideal candidate will have, or will be completing, tertiary qualifications in Oenology. The role presents a rare opportunity and pathway for career growth in a practical Assistant Winemaking position with a well respected and quality focussed winery.
Must hold current high risk forklift license and have relevant forklift experience.
