About the role

We are now recruiting for Cellar hands to join our Berri Estates Winery team. Our team members operate a variety of plant and machinery throughout the winemaking process. Processes include vintage operations, filtration, product transfers, blends, additions and others.
This role is full-time and permanent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Follow directions provided by Cellar leadership
- Completion of cellar operation tasks in line with SOP’s
- Housekeeping and sanitation
- Vintage operations/support in training for vintage seasonal employees
- Take ownership of safety and quality
What you'll bring:
- Minimum 3 years of cellar experience
- A continuous improvement mentality
- Reliable team player with a mature approach
- Autonomy, and ability to work without direct supervision
