Must demonstrate extensive experience in centre management Our client is one of Australia's fastest growing private property owners and developers in retail property. Due to a recent acquisition we are seeking a Senior Centre Manager to manage a well maintained sub - regional shopping centre and a large format asset.
Reporting into the Head of Asset Management your responsibilities will include: Preparing the annual business plan, budgets and forecasting Managing relationships with retailers Identifying leasing opportunities including casual mall leasing Assisting with the Centre's marketing strategy Managing the debtors report Reviewing and analysing centre performance Leading the Centre Management team Liasing with off-site portfolio managers and senior leadership teams The successful applicant will be an experienced Shopping Centre Manager who has 7 years of experience.
