SalaryOur client is one of Australia's fastest growing private property owners and developers in retail property.
Due to a recent acquisition we are seeking a Senior Centre Manager to manage a well maintained sub - regional shopping centre and a large format asset.
Reporting into the Head of Asset Management your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing the annual business plan, budgets and forecasting
- Managing relationships with retailers
- Identifying leasing opportunities including casual mall leasing
- Assisting with the Centre's marketing strategy
- Managing the debtors report
- Reviewing and analysing centre performance
- Leading the Centre Management team
- Liasing with off-site portfolio managers and senior leadership teams
The successful applicant will be an experienced Shopping Centre Manager who has 7 + years of experience.
The candidate will posses strong business acumen and excellent communication skills, with a high attention to detail. A proven leader, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, on and off site.
