So, what’s the role?
This role is responsible for executing business change activities aligned to our strategic priorities. Collaborating with business stakeholders, you will identify and analyse impacts resulting from the delivery of new systems, technology, business processes, operating models and preparing them for change by implementing activities that support change readiness and successful adoption.
Key responsibilities will also include:
Analysing and evaluating the business impact of planned transformational change initiatives.
Working with delivery teams (including BAs, vendors) and stakeholders to translate requirements and solutions into business change outcomes.
Designing and executing communication and engagement activities based on impact assessments and agreed change strategies and plans.
Using Office 365, SharePoint and Designer Tools to create compelling content and communications.
Championing and driving the delivery of change, supporting teams and stakeholders to integrate and embed the changes within their business areas.
Supporting the translation of business and technical change into meaningful training proposals and plans.
Supporting the delivery of training programs with a variety of business and operations stakeholders to uplift capability and embed the change.
Identifying, evaluating, and escalating potential risks, points of resistance, engagement or adoption issues and propose solutions to address these.
Actively contributing to the continual improvement of change frameworks, methods and tools.
This role offers flexible working & the head office is based in Hawthorn East, Melbourne.
The desired, Degree qualified candidate will need the following:
2+ years change management experience (ideally with Change Management credentials) and an understanding of change management frameworks and disciplines
Previous experience working within Transformation programs
Proficiency with Office 365 including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word and eLearning Designer tools such as Adobe Creative suite or Canva
