About the role
  
The Senior Change Analyst will provide analytical, reporting and logistical change support for the Enterprise Change Center of Excellence at Cbus.  The role works with Change Managers to deliver business change impact assessments, assess change readiness and support the execution of change plans.  This is a hands-on role that requires the incumbent to take ownership and accountability for deliverables and to be responsive to the needs of the teams impacted by the change.

To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated experience working on change programs in complex and challenging environments plus a knowledge of change management principles and methodologies. Strong stakeholder management skills and analysing data to gain change insights are a must.  Experience within the Superannuation industry and knowledge of Superannuation frameworks is highly desirable, but not essential.

This role works with relevant Program Project Workstream Managers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders in implementing and embedding changes into the organisation including: formulating business change impact assessments, contributing to change management and communication plans, enabling change readiness, and reporting on status and progress of initiatives.  

Your role will require you to conduct and document detailed change impact assessments, working closely with Change Managers to develop and deliver effective change.

You will build and run change readiness surveys, analyse data, and report insights; and maintain and update key change artefacts such as Program stakeholder listing and matrix’s.

You will support logistics for the training program, deliver reporting and help organise milestone celebrations, whilst maintaining  the Enterprise Change Calendar.

To be successful you will have 3+ years in a similar role as a Change Analyst/ Junior Change Manager. You will be familiar utilising an industry standard change management discipline such Prosci ADKAR® model to help you succeed. You will have excellent communication skills be able to build and develop relationships with your stakeholders.
