The Role
As the Senior Change Analyst with a focus on change communications, you will play a vital role in embedding enterprise changes, creating a secure and trusted business through the enhancement of governance, accountability, and risk management frameworks and practices. You will have the opportunity to lead small initiatives or work in various streams, and support the Senior Change Manager in identifying, understanding, and managing change impacts and interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
In your role you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver customised change experiences, managing intervention execution for smooth coordination. Identify stakeholders and support stakeholder engagement. Perform detailed change impact assessments to understand the changes for our people and our clients. You will assist in developing Change Plans, crafting communications, and distributing essential materials such as key messages and FAQs to support the change initiative effectively.

As a seasoned Senior Change Analyst with experience in change communications, you'll bring a wealth of experience to the table. Your successful track record, ideally within the sectors such as Wealth and Financial Services, will demonstrate your ability to steer and bolster medium to large-scale change initiatives effectively. Your knack for deciphering the complexities of change and articulating its potential impacts on diverse stakeholders will be invaluable. Additionally, your change communication experience, both written and verbal, paired with your skilful stakeholder engagement, will be instrumental in garnering support and alignment. Being proficient in Microsoft Office suites, especially Excel and PowerPoint, will help you create engaging presentations that clearly and accurately explain complex information.
