Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Change Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Change Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational transformation by delivering change activities that support the design and implementation of key initiatives. Reporting directly to the GM - Enterprise Change, you will collaborate closely with project teams to develop and execute effective change management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage change plans that align with project scope and benefits.
- Conduct gap and impact assessments in consultation with business stakeholders.
- Create and manage stakeholder communications to ensure engagement and alignment throughout the change process.
- Monitor plan delivery and provide insights to support adoption and realization of new initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks and resistance to change.
- Support change management efforts including communication, training, and stakeholder management.
- Evaluate user readiness and adjust plans accordingly.
- Assess the impact of changes post-implementation.
- Relevant degree and postgraduate qualification in business, change, or communications, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in change management.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to develop solutions for complex issues.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering change impact assessments and monitoring change programs.
- Knowledge of change management tools, techniques, and methodologies.
- Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
