YOUR ROLE
Our Digital Workplace and People Enablement team is looking for an experienced Senior Change Analyst to drive adoption and deliver insight led actions that result in better workplace experiences.
This role is part of a team with a mandate to help employees and partners understand how to best use workplace technologies to achieve business outcomes. It includes ensuring employees and partners have a strong awareness and understanding of workplace technologies, and how it can support them to be more effective in their role.
You will work alongside change management and experience design specialists to provide connectedness, innovation and agility to our people and deliver world class workplace experiences that our people are proud of.
For your role to make a difference, you will support the team to deliver change and adoption campaigns that communicate the benefits of workplace technology with an end-user or employee-centric mindset.
Some of the key responsibilities of this role will be: -

• Provide support to Digital Workplace initiatives on change and communications activities, including completing high level impact assessments.
• Support Change Managers on an as needs basis with execution of change delivery items.
• Support the execution of adoption strategies to help the People Enablement team increase technology adoption, employee experience and productivity and deliver business value realisation.
• Develop and deliver adoption and education campaigns on the tools, technology and use cases of them to enhance employees ways of working
• Maintain SharePoint presence of information and training material.
• Support communications on new technology features and functionality
• Create user guides, FAQs, and other learning materials to provide employees with the resources they need to succeed.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for the right person, with a good attitude who will be a solid team fit with the following skills and experiences: -

• 3+ years' experience in a change management or learning role.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Experience in facilitation and presenting.
• Previous exposure to workplace technology domain including Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Office, Teams Copilot) (preferred, not mandatory)
• Experience in Human Centred Design/Experience design (Persona, User Journey mapping) (preferred, not mandatory)

This is a full time, permanent role that is open to people based in Australia and New Zealand
This role offers flexible working conditions that support a mix of working from home and being two days in the office.
