We are currently partnering with a Victorian State Government Department on a Digital Transformation Project and are looking for a Senior Change Analyst to join our team on this project for a 3 month contract position.
The role will be based in Melbourne in a hybrid working environment.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A minimum 7 years' experience in Change Analysis domain
- Experience in conducting impact assessments to identify areas of change to be addressed
- Experience in preparation of change and adoption strategy
- Experience in working with change management tools and methodologies
- Experience preparing written reports and process maps and to propose business solutions
- Focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures
- Experience creating documentation to increase employee awareness and promote productivity and ensuring user adoption of deployed services. Including informative and interesting communication releases, newsletters, and related marketing materials
- Experience in organisational change readiness assessment and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborating effectively with key stakeholders
- Proven experience facilitating workshops or sessions with diverse audiences and stakeholders. Confidence conducting engagement sessions to large audiences
- Experience in working with government organisations of a similar size, scale and scope
- Experience in delivering training programs
- Advanced skills in communicating qualitative and quantitative information in a creative and innovative format
