Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the strategic change planning, co-ordination, and oversight of the delivery of internal and external change interventions across multiple audience groups, teams and/or business divisions
- Influence and advise senior business leaders on how to land the change safely for all stakeholders
- Execute associated Change Plans, partnering with various business teams to land internal and external change interventions
- Develop and implement associated communication plans to support the change and the transformation quest, ensuring alignment with broader internal and external messaging
- Assess business change readiness and coach/guide the business to land the change safely
- Identify, escalate, and manage initiative change considerations, risks, and dependencies
- Contribute to the Enterprise View of Change to capture initiative impacts and identify the change contention and opportunities to sequence and bundle change where appropriate
- Coach and guide Change Managers and/or Senior Change Analysts (as required)
To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:
- Relevant tertiary or post-graduate qualification
- Proven experience managing large scale initiatives and transformational change within financial services industry or other sectors
- Extensive senior-level program or organisational change management experience
- Track record in delivery of business benefits and employee adoption
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and networking skills
- Strong facilitation, consulting, influencing and coaching skills
- Ability to use data driven models to gain insights into change contention, potential sequencing and bundling of change interventions
