Our esteemed client, a Government Owned Corporation within the Energy Sector, is embarking on a transformational journey to leverage the benefits available through the introduction of next-generational technology and prepare the network operations to be ready for the changing energy environment.
The Program includes 8 projects, with the flagship project replacing the organisations existing Energy Management System (EMS) with an Advanced Energy Management System (AEMS) called Monarch provided by OSI. The delivery of the Program will provide the organisation with a generational leap towards a modern and contemporary network operations capability that uses best-practice technologies, processes and skills to drive efficiencies and performance.
The Senior Change Manager is responsible for working closely with the Program Director, Program Manager and Project Managers to lead the Change Management processes in line with Organisational Change Management framework, as required for the Program and Projects to function effectively and efficiently. This role is critical to ensure that the Program and related projects delivery successfully with key stakeholders within agreed timelines and related delivery parameters.
Deliverables:
- Leveraging Organisational Change Management Framework, processes, tools and templates;
- Contribute to the development of a Change Management Strategy for the Program;
- Contribute to the development of a Stakeholder Analysis and Engagement Plan for internal and external stakeholders using varied engagement methods;
- Contribute to the development of a Communication Schedule of approach to support the delivery of the Program;
- Contribute to the development of a Transition Support Plan to outline the actions to be taken to support stakeholders after the change has been implemented;
- Contribute to the development of a Change Handover Plan to identify activities required after the Program of Work has been implemented;
- Conduct a Readiness Assessment to ensure key stakeholders are ready for the change to be implemented;
- Develop Readiness Actions Plan to assist and address changes required by stakeholders to ensure smooth transition to implementation;
- Develop a Technical Change Management Register to assist and address technical changes with stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition to implementation;
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders using all available communication channels; and
- Develop and maintain positive relationships within Program team.
Acceptance Criteria: Products and services delivered meets standards and is accepted as fit-for-purpose by the Program Board and others in accordance with the defined Frameworks and governance for the Program.
