The Star is in an exciting time of transformation, we are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to support our business through process, system, and behavioural changes across a large, multi-year complex program of work. This role will be based in Gold Coast or Brisbane.
This role will be a key contributor in acting as the bridge between the Remediation Program and the property operations teams to ensure successful implementation of the program's objectives. As a Line 1 representative within the Gold Coast property, you will provide leadership to the TO team to ensure that the best interests of the property operations are considered when delivering the program's project and change deliverables.
About your new role
This vital role will provide thought leadership, coaching & mentoring to build change capability within the organisation, specifically this will involve:
- Successfully manage relationships with property GM's and Leaders to plan and support the program's implementation and prepare the departments for the change
- Facilitate strategic problem solving and predict operational risks and issues that will inform the change management approach
- Drive a reverse feedback loop, to inform design solutions that address barriers and enable successful implementation and communications activities
- Define the benefits of the change for operations as well as the future operating state for the property
- Work closely with the COO to keep them across the Program implementation and change management plans
- Assess the effectiveness of the communication channels across property and present opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor business stability and ongoing capacity to manage the level of change.
- Initiate reviews to ensure that capabilities are being embedded and established.

- A proven track record of successful experience in a property leadership role is essential.
- Previous experience from within the Gaming / Casino or other highly regulated sector is highly advantageous.
- A Sound working knowledge of the casino regulatory environment.
- Experience working as a Senior Change Manager within a project environment is desirable
- Demonstrated experience in successfully managing relationships with internal stakeholders of various levels.
