About the role:
The Senior Change and Training Specialist will lead change, communications and stakeholder engagement activities to transform business capabilities and improve stakeholders’ digital interactions necessary for program delivery.
Duties
- Lead change, communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Develop change and training tools and materials, including undertaking training needs identification.
- Deliver training, planning and execution of stakeholder consultation events. Provide leadership and guidance to the APS staff within the workstream.
Required experience/skills
- Experience in governance, process analysis, change management, stakeholder management and communications and training.
- Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills, including experience in preparing a range of written materials such as briefs, secretariat products, training artefacts and project reports and the ability to clearly articulate complex and/or technical information with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational, time and work-load management skills and the ability to analyse and solve complex and conceptual problems. Ability to manage teams and supervise staff members, whilst driving work outcomes.
