Working as part of their current technology modernisation project, you'll work out of their Canberra City office and act as a central element of this key slate of work. Your new role As Senior Change and Training Specialist, you will:
Lead change, communications and stakeholder engagement activities.
Developing change and training tools and materials, including undertaking training needs identification.
Deliver training, planning and execution of stakeholder consultation events.
Provide leadership and guidance to the APS staff within the workstream.
What you'll need to succeed
The ability to achieve results both in collaboration with others and independently.
Strong written, interpersonal and communication skills, including experience in preparing a range of written materials such as briefs, secretariat products, training artefacts and project reports and the ability to clearly articulate complex and/or technical information with a range of stakeholders.
Strong organisational, time and work-load management skills and the ability to analyse and solve complex and conceptual problems.
The ability to manage teams and supervise staff members, whilst driving work outcomes.
Experience in a combination of the following:
o Governance o Process Analysis o Change management o Stakeholder engagement o Communications and training
Experience in implementations involving software vendors.
The ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security clearance
