Senior Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Lead food preparation, ensuring adherence to standards and recipes.
- Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and quality control.

- Collaborate with chefs on menu development and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie.
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Passion for culinary excellence and creativity.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
