Our client is a national Civil Engineering and environmental services provider. They are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer to be based in Adelaide.
The Position

The Role
The key responsibilities of the role will include:

• Applying your technical expertise across various development projects.
• Collaborating with fellow team members and external stakeholders to devise intricate engineering solutions, particularly focusing on land development projects.
• Proactively engaging with clients and other stakeholders regarding technical matters and concerns.
• Completing design calculations, documentation, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents to fulfill client and regulatory requirements.
• Undertaking the role of superintendent and conducting site inspections during construction phases.
• Maintaining communication channels with contractors and subconsultants.
• Understanding statutory requirements and relevant standards, and discerning their potential impacts on project scope and scale.
• Identifying and evaluating project risks and effectively communicating these to the project team.

The Candidate
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 1-4 years of experience delivering Civil Engineering design services with a focus on development projects.
• A dedication to continuous learning and personal growth.
• Being a collaborative team player whose personal values align with the company's.
