Established in 2008, our client is a highly respected Private Wealth Practice currently experiencing strategic growth. To support this expansion, we are seeking an additional resource to work alongside a senior private wealth adviser, managing a high-touch client book.
In this role within a 10-person team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging with clients and delivering exceptional service
- Preparing paperwork and documentation for client meetings
- Managing client files and submissions
- Coordinating with third parties regarding client matters
- Checking, submitting, and following up on all client applications and recommendations
- Ensuring accurate recording of all client data from fact-finding into business systems
- Responsively handling client inquiries
- Generating innovative ideas to enhance the business in line with our continuous improvement journey
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a support role within a Financial Advice Practice
- Familiarity with Xplan or similar advice systems
- Implementation experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
As a Client Service Manager, you will receive a competitive salary of $85,000 to $105,000 plus superannuation, along with the opportunity to be part of a flexible work environment that promotes a healthy work-life balance.
