The Senior Manager is accountable for all aspects of client relationships. The Senior Manager leads the effort to acquire new logos, prepare and execution of the Account plan, review the Sales plan/pipelines, and support and review proposal preparation and outcomes The Senior Manager will be engaging with senior stakeholders including CXO’s for acquiring new logos and managing accounts.

Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Senior-level client-facing roles or account management leadership roles
Experienced in the Digital Media and Broadcasting industry sector and new logo acquisition.
Experienced in managing a business portfolio of $25 Mn+
End-to-end multiple account ownership including account forecasting, budgeting, operations, and overall P&L
Strong Client Relationship Management skills; engagement with Client General Managers and CXOs
Deep experience in client engagement in a Global delivery model and driving solutions and financial decisions with offshore teams.
Strong background in commercial negotiations

Drives acquisition of new logos with Infosys services
Identifies and drives large opportunities for new business
Managing accounts in the Digital Media and Broadcasting Industry Sector
Establishes partnerships to support client needs
Engages the relevant internal Infosys teams and service lines team for developing solutions.
Be the escalation point and if needed also directly handle risks and issues related to the accounts
Required skills
Strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
Track record of interacting and building relationships with Head-offs/Directors/CXO level client contacts in the Digital Media and Broadcasting sector
Significant business development, program management/consulting experience
Strong Global Delivery Model experience
Have the ability to position industry insights as they pertain to client needs & requirements
Deeply understand their clients’ business challenges, and provide thought leadership in addressing these issues
Experience in Technology Consulting for clients
Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
Commercially savvy/understand contracts, MSA , Multiple pricing models
Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions
Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams
