About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Registered Nurse with highly developed interpersonal, clinical and leadership experience
• Exemplifies Eastern Health values in action
• Extensive experience in clinical education
• Excellent communication, coaching and organisational skills
• Experience with performance management and conflict resolution
• Postgraduate qualification in health or education (preferably at a Masters level)
