About the role

As the Senior Clinical Educator, you will manage a dynamic team of clinical educators, and lead learning and teaching programs and projects that support Eastern Health’s clinical and strategic objectives in the surgical services.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Registered Nurse with highly developed interpersonal, clinical and leadership experience
- Exemplifies Eastern Health values in action
- Extensive experience in clinical education
- Excellent communication, coaching and organisational skills
- Experience with performance management and conflict resolution
- Postgraduate qualification in health or education (preferably at a Masters level)
