About the position
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Senior Clinician to deliver medium-term mental health clinical services for adults who are experiencing mental health and other issues. The program aims to provide support and therapies for people living with mental health issues, and their families and carers. We are also seeking someone with experience leading a small team to provide leadership within the Young site.

This is a fulltime, permanent position based in Young
What you’ll need
1. Current full AHPRA registration as a clinical psychologist, registered psychologist, mental health nurse or occupational therapist (accredited with OTA as meeting the Australian Competency Standards for occupational therapists in mental health), or accreditation with the AASW as a mental health social worker
2. Demonstrated advanced level mental health clinical experience (ideally minimum 2 years post graduate) in mental health service delivery with demonstrated skills and experience in providing a range of holistic, evidence-based therapeutic services
3. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication and consultation skills to work effectively with all stakeholders
4. Demonstrated leadership and/or supervision of mentoring experience of a multidisciplinary team
