Our client is a fast-growing fintech startup based in Sydney CBD, that has revolutionised the way property investments work! They are the first of their kind and it's an existing time to join this amazing team.
They are looking for a highly experienced Collections & Risk Officer (who can grow into a leadership role) to head up and take control of their growing portfolio.
Duties include:
- Run the financial administration of accounts and risk management.
- Act as a key point of contact with their external property management partners and existing clients,
- Manage the portfolio and know how to balance a customer first mindset with risk management.
- Streamline the operational processes and technology (with cross functional support) that will enable the business to continue to scale rapidly
Essential skills and experience:
The role requires a commercially savvy operator who is able to navigate a broad range of activities, from accounts receivable to triaging requests for additional funding, technical enquiries, disputes and legal proceedings (with external legal counsel).
