You will join the commercial team, known for their commercial and practical client oriented solutions. You will work with experienced legal practitioners across a range of sophisticated clients whilst supported and encouraged to build your own practice.
Your new role:
You will draw upon your prior experience gained from a similar practice and work across a range of industries and matters including:
- Businesses mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions
- Finance, securities, lender services and loans
- Corporate restructuring and governance
- Property development and construction finance
- General commercial matters
About You:
You will ideally be 4-8 years PAE, and have gained:
- an eye for the detail and developed drafting skills
- highly developed commercial acumen
- client focused and enjoy delivering exceptional legal service to a full range of clients
- strong written and oral communication skills
- enjoy being part of a team and working collaboratively with like minded individuals
- you don't take yourself too seriously
