Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, Public Relations, or related field.
• Proven experience in strategic communication, media relations, or public affairs, preferably in a regulatory or government setting.
• Strong understanding of communication principles and practices, including messaging, audience segmentation, and channel optimisation.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging content.
• Experience leading and managing teams, with a focus on empowerment, talent development, and collaboration.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change and inspire others in complex environments.
• Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of communication initiatives.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives and Media representatives.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data and insights.
