Clerk Grade 9/10 salary range from $116 211 to $128 061 plus super
Our Digital Communications team is seeking a Senior Communications Advisor to project manage digital content solutions and delivery of the Department of Planning & Environments digital communication channels to achieve targeted, engaging and accessible digital communications.
The role will manage websites and deliver on digital content projects that meet innovative and customer centric digital standards and build awareness, engagement and recognition for the Department’s brands programs and objectives. You will provide expert digital advice including content design, UX, SEO, information architecture, analytics and accessibility and web standards.
The role will strive to build internal and external relationships to understand and deliver digital content solutions across the Cluster. Evaluation of digital communications channels to ensure the effectiveness of the customer journey is an integral part of this role.
About You
To be successful in this role you will be motivated individual with strong digital content experience across diverse projects. You will thrive working in a dynamic environment and be adept and managing competing requirements. Your ability to work autonomously and build excellent relationship building skills will see you succeed in this role.
Essential requirements
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent skills and/or relevant industry experience.
Experience in CMS platforms to deliver innovative content solutions across digital channels, including websites, to track and monitor content effectiveness
Experience in Google Analytics and strong understanding of search engine optimisation and web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) 2.0.
