In this role you will: Become a key member of the Communications and Ministerial teams and work within a high-performing and motivated team Utilise your expertise and craft messaging for bushfire and crisis communications Design, coordinate and deliver customer and staff communications across digital products and channels. To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: You can deliver customer focused communications from key stakeholders and senior leaders, and relevant business functions to facilitate effective outcomes of business strategies to build employee engagement and culture That you are able to partner with Communications leaders to understand key priorities and issues and provide expert customer focused communications advice to build engagement and optimises business outcomes You are able to collaborate across the entire Communications team to ensure that executive priorities are understood and embedded, and to ensure that the Executive receive seamless and integrated communications support and advice A passion for designing and implementing integrated and strategic communication strategies to support the delivery of key project initiatives and digital uplift across the Telco website An ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and collaborate with business units and senior executives to support the successful delivery of communications services.
